How long does shipping take?

Orders to the United States typically arrive in 7–14 business days after processing. We use expedited international shipping methods to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Where do you ship from?

Our jewelry ships from our overseas fulfillment partner directly to your door. Because of this, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before it ships.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic / will it tarnish?

Our pieces are plated for a long-lasting shine. To keep them looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotion, and store them in a dry place.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Can I track my order?
